Exchange Policy
We offer a 10-day exchange policy. This means you have 10 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.
Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must
- Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- Have all original tags intact
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order ID or receipt)
Exchange Process
To request an exchange, please contact us at support@exalon.in within 10 days of delivery.
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange. Products sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid any damage during transit.
Exchange Conditions
- Exchanges are only applicable for size issues or defective/damaged products
- Products purchased during sale are not eligible for exchange
- Customized or personalized products are not eligible for exchange
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@exalon.in with images of the product, and we will assist you.
Shipping for Exchange
Customers may be required to bear the shipping cost for sending the product back to us. In case of defective or incorrect items, we will cover the exchange shipping.
Important Notes
- Exchange is subject to product availability
- If the requested size/product is not available, store credit may be provided
- Only one exchange per order will be allowed
